With the focus on core stability, benefits of matwork Pilates include longer, leaner muscles, improved posture, reduced risk of injury and enhanced performance of your body. The Pilates exercises are a form of dynamic stabilisation retraining that reconditions the body from the central core.

All classes must be booked in advance.

Class Prices- All classes are run 1/2 termly and payment is made either before or on the first class of each 1/2 term.

*Any missed classes can be made up in other classes during the same 1/2 term if there are spaces in the other classes. All missed classes must be made up during the same term, they can not be carried over into a new term.

Private and shared small group classes – in your home or office

1-1, 2-1 and smaller group classes can allow you to benefit from close supervision in the comfort of your own home or office environment.

Prices for one-hour sessions*

1-1 session - £40.00 per session an extra £5 fee added for a 2-1 session

*please be advised that I run a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice full payment is required.

Frequently asked questions

Q. Should I bring my own Mat?

A. All equipment, including mats, will be provided for you. In some of my session I will use small Pilates equipment such as bands, balls, rollers, and weights to ensure a challenging and varied class each week.

Q.What Should I wear?

A. Non-restrictive comfortable clothing (t-shirt, leggings, tracksuit) and socks. Trainers are not required.
